Acura Integra Prototype To Make First Public Appearance At Radwood Socal Alongside Classics
In a further bid to appeal to fans of ’90s classics, Acura has chosen RADwood SoCal as the location for the public debut of the Integra Prototype. There, the thinly disguised production car will be displayed alongside several classic Integras.
First unveiled in an online event on November 11, the Integra Prototype serves as an indication of what Acura is planning for the upcoming Integra when the production version of the vehicle is ready to hit dealer showrooms in 2022.

The prototype will be displayed along with 10 vintage Integra models. They are:
RADwood SoCal will be take place on November 20 and has been going on since 2017. The show celebrates vehicles and car culture from the ’80s and ’90s and places an importance on the eclectic and unexpected.
Acura promises that when the production version of the Integra arrives, it will be powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine (not unlike the Civic Si) and will have a base price of around $30,000. It will be built at the company’s Marysville Auto Plant, in Ohio.

"The Integra is one of the most iconic models in Acura’s history," vice president and Acura brand officer Jon Ikeda said in a statement. "This new Integra will continue to deliver on the original’s unique aspirational yet attainable market position, with emotional performance and style, combined with the versatility and utility sought after by today’s buyers."
