It's been reported that actor Shiga Kotaro passed away on April 20 at 8:20 pm due to aspiration pneumonia. He was 71 years old.
His agency stated, "After receiving surgery for cerebral thrombosis last April, he had been working hard in rehab aiming for complete recovery. However, that was not fulfilled. We would like to respectfully make this announcement while being grateful for his life."

In an effort to encourage citizens to stay home during Golden Week, which is often considered a time of leisure and travel for Japan, YouTube will be hosting a music program called 'YouTube Music Week STAY HOME #WITHME' from April 29 to May 6.
This program was started by Google Japan in order for everyone to enjoy music at home during Golden Week. During the 8 days, 49 artists will participate by revealing live footage and other contents via their official YouTube channels. The time table and other information will be announced on YouTube Japan's official Twitter account (@YouTubeJapan).

In the video, Nakajima warms up a pot of curry, which he says will be his meal for four days to decrease the amount of trips to the grocery store. At the end, the arranges his plate of curry with nori (seaweed), pineapples, carrots, and raisins to make a "smiley curry."

Utada is set to digitally release her songs "Time" on May 8 and "Dare ni mo Iwanai" on May 29. The upcoming live broadcast will be held on Instagram where Utada will answer questions asked by her fans. It will be held every Sundays in May starting between 7:30 and 8:00 pm. Fukuhara Haruka has revealed the PV for her new song "Kaze ni Fukarete."
This is the title track to Fukuhara's third single that's scheduled to drop on June 24. It was written and composed by Ogura Shinquo and currently being used as the ending theme for the second season of anime 'Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai? ~Tensaitachi no Renai Zunosen~.' In the PV, you can watch Fukuhara being blown by the wind in the meadows.
