Figure Skater Hanyu To Retire From Competition

Japanese figure skater Hanyu Yuzuru says he will retire from competition and turn professional.
Hanyu announced his future plans on Tuesday at a news conference in Tokyo.
The 27-year-old won consecutive Olympic golds at Sochi in 2014 and PyeongChang in 2018.
He also received Japan's People's Honor Award in 2018.
Hanyu aimed for his third straight gold at the Beijing Games in February this year, but ended in fourth place.
