Kishida Arrives In Cambodia

Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio has arrived in Cambodia, following his visit to India.
He will meet with Prime Minister Hun Sen on Sunday. The two will reportedly discuss ways for the international community to collaborate on the Ukraine issue.
Cambodia is chairing ASEAN this year and has jointly proposed UN resolutions criticizing Moscow.
The two leaders are also expected to discuss regional issues and forms of international aid. This year marks 30 years since Japan started dispatching Self-Defense Force personnel to Cambodia under a UN peacekeeping mission.
